Scholarships, Awards & Recognitions

NPS International School recognizes and celebrates each student’s achievements in all aspects of school life. Awards are presented for success in a wide range of academic and non-academic activities. Students securing 95% and above in Grade XII CBSE board exams are honored with Laptops, Tablets, Smart Phones, and Prizes etc. With the aim of motivating talented students who aspire to crack JEE (Mains & Advanced), NEET (Medical), AIIMS etc, a corpus of Rs. 50 Lakhs has been created to give a scholarship to students of XI-XII on the basis of their performance in admission cum scholarship test. Selected students will be given up to an amount of Rs.1.5 Lakhs each as scholarships during these two years.

Student of the Year

  • To encourage all-around excellence, the school has instituted Student of The Year Award. This is based on different criteria. The award is given on the Achievers Day. If there are no eligible students, the award will not be given.

Class Toppers

  • The Toppers (first three rank-holders) from every class scoring 90% & above are awarded merit certificate, prize, and scholar badge. Scholar Badge is awarded to students as recognition of their outstanding academic excellence. The Scholar Badge has to be worn by the toppers for the whole academic year.

Student of the Month

  • NPS is committed to recognizing the students who are well mannered, responsible, trustworthy, disciplined and are good examples to other students, and for this reason, students from each class are awarded as the Student of the Month.

Certificate of Attendance

  • Students with 100% attendance in the academic year receive a Certificate of Attendance and Perfect attendance Badge (in each grade) along with report card.

The Best Sports Person Award

  • To encourage talent in Sports & Games, the school has instituted The Best Sports Person Award (Separate for Boys & Girls). Students from senior school are eligible to compete for this award. The award is given on the Achievers Day. The Award comprises a plaque and a certificate.

The International Award for Young People (IAYP)

  • The Award Programme was first introduced in the United Kingdom in 1956 as the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. The aim was to motivate young people aged between 14 and 25 years to become involved in a balanced programme of voluntary self-development activities to take them through the potentially difficult period between adolescence and adulthood.
