The President and Vice President are
nominated by the management, Principal, and teachers, based on the core academic
performances of the students along with their general conduct.
Election of Head Boy & Head Girl (Senior & Junior wings)
The students volunteer for various posts in the Administrative team.
Out of these volunteers, Teachers nominate 4 to 6 candidates for each post depending on
the merit and aptitude of a student.
The candidates are interviewed by a panel comprising the Director, Deputy Director,
Principal, Head Mistress, Academic Coordinator, and a Teacher
During the interview, the candidates are judged on different parameters like academics,
involvement in co-curricular activities, discipline, conduct etc. Each candidate is
given points on the basis of their performance in the interview by the panel members.
The candidate scoring the highest in the interview is selected by the panel members for
the posts of Head Boy, Head Girl, and Junior Head boy, Head Girl.
Election of other members of the Administrative team
The Disciplinary Captain, The Cultural Captain, The Sports Captain, The Activity Captain, The House Captains, The Vice-Captains and, Prefects are nominated on the basis of their merit and aptitude by the panel comprising the Director, Deputy Director, Principal, Head Mistress, Academic Coordinator and a Teacher.
The panel conducts an interview with the candidates and those scoring highest points are selected for the respective posts.
